Basic + Group Fitness Classes      

This membership entitles you to enjoy all of the basic amenities above as well as participating in group fitness classes in our 2200 square foot group fitness studio and our upstairs indoor cycling studio. Classes are geared to women and men and for a variety of fitness levels.
Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we want you to experience world-class fitness that is highly anticipated and addictive! All of our instructors are nationally certified and want you to achieve success in a motivating, yet non-threatening environment.
Experience Zumba®– a cardio latin dance class-- in which we “Ditch the workout” and invite you to “Join the party!”. Push your limits whether you are a novice or elite athlete with BODYPUMP® a world class strength training program in which “Every body can be Some body” and get strong! Experience the “ride of your life” and the most fun you will ever have riding a stationary bike in our indoor cycling classes. It may feel like a “rock concert on a bike!”
