Cheryl
Hi! My name is Cheryl. My fitness journey started a few years ago when I was pregnant with my son. Family and friends were starting at a gym so I wanted to join as well. Being pregnant though I wasn’t sure what all I could do. Then someone told me about Barre, and that’s where the love started.
I was able to take Barre my whole pregnancy. As soon as I was able, after he was born, I was right back in the Barre room. This allowed me to lose a lot of my baby weight and start toning back into shape. Then friends I had made at the gym kept encouraging me to take a Spin class. After a couple of classes, I was hooked on the bike.
Months went by and my love for fitness grew and grew, and I finally decided I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others. With the support of my husband and children, I was encouraged to pursue teaching fitness. Now I am able to teach and encourage others to push themselves and help them reach a new fitness level with every class.
After a year of teaching group fitness I felt like I wanted to reach my clients in a different way. More one on one, personalized training, and help them see themselves transform to reach their goals. Now as a Personal Trainer I am able to get to know my clients more personally. Show them that even the smallest changes now can pave the way for bigger changes in the future.
So whether you wanna meet me at the Barre, join me in a Spin class, or have more personal goals you want to achieve through Personal Training, I am here to help, encourage and guide you to a healthier lifestyle!

My name is Savannah and I am a certified personal trainer. I graduated in 2021 with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science (B.S.) at Georgia Gwinnett College and worked with industry giant Chip Smith Performance Systems to earn my M.O.R.R. Sports Performance Training Certification. I have a passion for movement and bringing people closer to their health and fitness goals. I love working with clients of all ages and fitness levels with my science-based approach.

Valerie
I've always had a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. After becoming burnt out in the medical field and feeling like I lost myself, I took a step back and focused on my fitness. That's what led me to the journey to help others and show how fitness can improve their quality of life. I became a certified personal trainer through NASM and look forward to expanding my knowledge of fitness and wellness!
